Do you know about yoga for weight loss? I think yes, yoga is well known term nut due to lack of knowledge some people do not try it. It is just like an aerobic exercise and mainly helps in weight lose. You know any age people practising yoga without any worries. But you have to practising it under expert supervision. If you include yoga in your daily routine then it is best way to fight stress by which weight increases. As you know you can also burn fat through exercises but it is not suitable for all age’s people so that yoga is best to reduce weight and you can also experience peace. Let’s see it other benefits which makes you healthy and fit.
Benefits of yoga:-
- Maintains our acidic body:- Actually our body is too acidic and sometimes it is not good at all. Due to its acidic nature it prevents itself to store acid and that is the reason fat store in body. Due to the depositions of fat in the blood vessels and organs due to which several diseases may occur. Yoga asana reduces the chances of increases the fat and maintains pH level in the body which is very beneficial for the body.
- Make your body warmer:- Yoga produces the heat in body which activate the nervous system. The heat inside the body will help in burning the extra bad fat inside the body. This extra fat mainly generated in thigh and tummy which sometimes created problems but it’s not too late just reduce the fat and maintain your body in shape.

Yoga poses makes you body more energetic and healthy by cleansing it which is the most important work of the liver. Some effective yoga poses which helps in weight loss:-.
- Forward seated bend pose:- This yoga pose for weight loss is very effective to reduce the fat nearest the belly. So, to get fat and slim tummy is not big tasks just try this pose.
- Just sit on the floor and keep both your legs in forward.
- Now touch your toe and bend your head so that head can touch the knees. Remember do not bend your knees while doing this pose.
- After touching your feet exhale and hold your breath, as much as you can. And return to your beginning position.
- Repeat this pose to 5-6 ties for effective results.
- Bridge psoe:- this yoga for weight loss not only for tummy flattening but also tight in the msucles of hips and thighs.
- First lie down on floor, just like hips touch the floor.
- Touches your palm on the floor by facing it down. Through your hands lift your body upward, hold it minimum for 30 -60 seconds.
- After that slowly back to your original pose.
- Chair pose:- it is also known as Utkatasana, it is best pose to toning the thigh, back, hips, knee and ankle muscles. In this pose you just have to appear just like a chair.
- First take your feet together and move your hands upward by inhaling your breathing.
- Now stretch your hands upward and bending your knees down to making chair like pose.
- Hold this position for 60 seconds and breathe normally.
- To remain in this position is slightly difficult in starting, so that starts the yoga with minimum number of counts.
- Repeat 10 times in starting and after 2-3 day increases the counts.
