The following yogasanas help you to reduce belly fat, reduce body weight and keep you healthy and fit. Should be done with empty stomach, do slowly, regularity is important. Avoid during menstrual periods. It is advised to read the rules of yogasanas before starting. Consult a guide.

 

Try these:

  • Padmasana is called as Lotus Pose. Spread a neat cloth or mat on the floor and sit straight stretching your legs. Then, place your right foot on your left thigh and left foot on your right thigh. Back should be straight. Place your hands on your knees with open palm or with yoga symbols. Close your eyes and take deep breaths. Now, do it in reverse order. Open your eyes. With the help of your hands, release left foot and then right. Relax. Do it at least 5 times.

 

  • Vajrasana is also easy to practice. Sit on the floor stretching your legs. Bring your right leg sideward and back fold it. Bring your left leg sideward and back fold it. Sit on the feet. Fold your fingers and place your hands on the knees, close your eyes, take breaths. Then, open your eyes, release your hands, release your left leg and then right leg sideward. Relax. Do it 5 times.

 

  • Arthahalasasana is Half Plough Pose. Lay down facing the roof, stretch your legs. Relax. Place your hands close to your body on the floor. Slowly raise your legs from the floor perpendicular to the floor. Inhale while raising your legs. Should not bend. Hold breath for a few seconds. Then exhale slowly and bring back your legs down. Relax. If it is difficult to raise both the legs together, raise your right leg, bring back, raise your left leg, bring back, Do it 5 times.

 

  • Mountain Pose is an easy one to practice. Stand straight, raise your hands sideward and bring above your head. Join both the hands. Body and the hands should be straight. Close your eyes. Relax. Then, do it in reverse order.

 

    If you have no time to practice these asanas or not ready to do exercises, there is nothing to worry. Simply do all the household works yourselves. Note that you should do your work without the help of any electronic devices. Think that there was no electric supply. While bending, stretching and leaning, your circulation and other systems will work properly. Automatically it will reduce your weight and gift you your slim and fit body.
