Afraid of kitchen? Bored of cooking? But we will never get bored and frightened when we have something new and yummy in our hand. Here we have some choices to delight our tongue. Every recipe is known to you, perhaps. Anyhow recall it. Besides it’s wordless taste, it is healthy too.

 

  1. Yummy Rice

Requirements:

  1. Stuffed rice – 1 cup
  2. Dry Grapes – 5 nos.
  3. Cashew nuts – 5 nos. (cut into small pieces)
  4. Sugar – 2 tea spoon / desirable

Steps to prepare Yummy Rice:

  1. Take a cup of Stuffed Rice and cleanse it with water.
  2. Spring some water and leave it for 3-4 minutes.
  3. When the stuffed rice becomes soft, add 2 teaspoons ( desirable) of Sugar and mix it.
  4. Pour a spoon of ghee in a pan and boil it in simmer.
  5. Fry the dry grapes and cashew nuts. The dry grapes will bulge giving an appearance to taste at once.
  6. Add the stuffed rice and mix well.
  7. Turn off your burner and regulator.

That’s it. Fill your bowl. The enchanting smell and the appearance will not allow you to garnish or decorate the bowl. You will come to a point on the very smell – ‘don’t waste time’.

 

  1. Yummy Chappathi

Requirements:

  1. Wheat flour – 2 cups
  2. Pulses (any type) – 1 cup
  3. Sugar / Jaggary – desirable
  4. Ghee / oil – desirable

 

Steps to prepare Yummy Chappathi:

  1. Prepare the wheat flour ready as for chappathis ( with a small pinch of salt) as light, round and small chappathis. Count how many round slices you have, and make them in pairs.
  2. Boil the pulses and drain the water out.
  3. Take the desired amount of sugar / jaggary and mix it with the pulses. It would be better, if you smash the pulses before mixing.
  4. Spread minimum drops of oil or ghee in a hot pan.
  5. Take a slice and apply a spoon of pulses mix and cover the stuff with another slice over it. Press the round edges with spoon or by fingers as it will not leak the stuff out when heated.
  6. Place the slice on the hot pan and spread ghee over it. Make sure, that the two sides are properly cooked.
  7. Repeat it for all the slices you have.
  8. Turn off your burner and regulator.

 

That’s it. As a starter or beginner, you have done a great job. You, taste it First. You can’t share the slices with others as the taste sticks your tongue.

 

  1. Yummy Dates:

Requirements:

  1. Seedless dates – 100 g
  2. Ghee – desirable.

 

Procedure:

  1. Heat the pan.
  2. Pour ghee as you desire.
  3. Place the dates in the ghee. Mix well.
  4. Turn off your burner before the ghee burns.
  5. Allow it to become warm.

But, you can’t. The snacks take maximum 3 minutes to prepare.

 

4.Yummy Milk mix.

Requirements:

  1. Milk – 1 tumbler
  2. Honey – 1/2 spoon
  3. Seedless dates – 2 nos.

 

Procedure:

  1. Take a tumbler of warm milk and soak the dates in it for 3 minutes.
  2. Add ½ spoon (maximum) of honey and stir well.
  3. Don’t waste time to drink.

That’s it. As a beginner, you have a yummy milk mix.
