  • Bowel one glass of water.
  • Add half table spoon of turmeric in this.
  • Add some ginger for more benefits and taste.

  • You can also add some honey in this.

  • Moong dal–it’s a best way to reduce weight. This dal is full of vitamin such like Vitamin A, B, C and E. It’s also good in some minerals which help to reduce weigh. And if we add little bit of turmeric in this then its more effective and reduce weight soon.

How to use:-

  • Take one cup Moong dal.
  • Mix 4 cup of water in this. Mix half table spoon of turmeric powder.
  • Add half table spoon of salt and boil this till malt properly.
  • Sever and enjoy.

 

  • Turmeric in sops–many people drink soup to reduce weight it will more effective if you use turmeric powder in this soups you can see effective result if you use little bit of turmeric this these soup.

  • Take some tomatoes and bowl them with water
  • Then grade them in mixture and strain it and then pour into bowl.
  • Warm this pure and add little bit of turmeric powder and salt and black paper in this.
  • Bowl it for some time and then serve hot soup.

 

  • Make some brown rice dishes with turmeric— brown rice is so good for healthy and also help full to reduce weight and if you want more effect then use turmeric powder to make these dieses

  • Take one cup brown rice and sock this into two cup water and one tablespoon of turmeric.
  • Take this after some time and some vegetable to and mix some turmeric powder.
  • Bake until it baked properly.
  • Serve and then take this its ready to eat.

  • Take a bowl and warm this and pour water turmeric and all vegetable in this.
