Who will the men who don’t like brownies, everybody does specially girls. If you ask about me I’m too crazy to eat brownies but having a big amount of it affects our health and that is not good thing, Right! So I decided to make a healthy brownies to me, then nobody stop me to enjoy my favourite flavour of tongue. I found what things make it unhealthy and what the substitute of them is.
So here I’m to share wonderful healthiest recipes of making brownies, and then you will change your view of judge brownies by its looks because in the look they are good but as a health issue the are gonna best:

  1. Classic walnut brownies-

The best recipes of brownies arethey have to be chewy, fudgy, and dense with the slender of sugar crust on top. The recipe of Classic Walnut Brownie are, (if you need health then you need a little compromise with taste)

These healthy only three ingredients Flourless chocolate chips brownies are no exception. 

Ingredients you need are:

  • 1 Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
  • 2 Butter
  • Banana

 

For garnish some Choco chips

Such a very easy recipe I tell you.
Mash the peeled banana and add into the melt butter and cocoa powder, mix entire items so well and the place on the oven, it has to be set on 350 F. ,check after 30 minutes with the stick, if its baked properly the put it out, cut into your favourite shep and then add some sugar dust or sugar serum on, leave it for 5 min. then enjoy the healthy brownies.

 

  1. Black bean with peanut butter brownies:

This recipe is the perfect combination of looks, heath and taste. The time you consume to make it is only 40 minutes. You may gonna like it.

The things you need to make it:

 

  • 1 CanBlack Beans (2 hour soaked and then Drained)- 540 ml
  • ¼ cup egg white
  • 1Egg (total 3 eggs)
  • ½ cup of natural cocoa powder
  • 1/3 CupPumpkin Puree (or unsweetened apple sauce)
  • 2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tea spoonSea Salt
  • 3 spoonAll Natural Pure Coconut Sap Sugar (Honey)
  • 2 Table spoonMaple Syrup,
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder,
  • 2 spoonInstant Coffee powder,
  • 1/3 Cup ofDark Chocolate Chips (you can use more than this, it’s up to you)

 

Peanut Butter volution Ingredients:

  • 2 big spoon ofPeanut Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tea spoon ofHoney
  • appearance of Vanilla Extract

 

Take your oven in the pre heat on 350 F., then place all the black bean brownie ingredients in the blander and bland until it will be smooth, spray cooking spray on the baking dish, spray evenly spread batter in to the cooking dish. And at the other side on the gas stove melt the peanut butter volution Ingredients and mix them well;  then add this mixture in the

Some times ovens are in very heat so your discretion is needed so much. You have to know your brownies are baked or not, so when the top of brownies becomes firm & then it pull away from the sides of the dish then it’s done.

Take a Stick of tooth pick in the middle of brownie and pull it out if it clean then will ensure your brownies are baked properly. Take out it from the oven and leave it for 10 minutes to get it set. Gently cut the pieces of and onlay with the liquid chocolate or sugar dust, serve it and enjoy it

 

If you want to store it for some time the store it, is best to first let them cool properly and then place them in a sealed tight container, in the very cool place like refrigerator.
