Teas to treat sore throat

Whenever you want to go out sometimes the problems are arises and sore throat is one of the problems. Especially if you want to go in an important meeting and you stuck with this problem then there are several types of home remedies are available which help to treat this problem in minimum time. Sore throat is a common problem by which mainly people affected, the major causes are acid reflux, excessive smoking, bacterial infections, viral infections, irritants and allergens and food sensitivity. If you are affected with the problem sore throat then you can treat this with different problem like by consulting with doctor who is usually first step of the people and another are by trying home remedies which does not have any side effect.

Here we explain the different types of tea which help to treat sore throat.

Russian tea:- this tea is made up of several herbs which are help to treat sore throat. Tea help to kill the germs and you want to drink several times a day for the better effect.

2. Black tea
3. Orange juice o powder
4. Ground cinnamon
5. Ground cloves

How to prepare it?

Take a container and fill it with some water and pour all the ingredients in water and stir it. After that whenever you want to drink it adds some hot water and drinks it. It wills definitely work for sore throat.

Ginger tea:– ginger is a most common herb which is mostly used by the people and it also has the anti-inflammatory which help to treat sore throat.

2. Water
3. Honey or sugar
4. Tea leaves
5. Milk

How to prepare it:-
Take a container and boil water in it. Crush the ginger and add it to the water after that add tea leaves to it and add sugar to it and let it be for some time and at last add milk to it. Take this tea and you will definitely find eh result.

Honey and lemon tea:- honey has the antimicrobial properties which are used to treat the throat and same as lemon help to neutralize the throat. So these both ingredients help to treat your throat fast. In this tea leaves are not used but it is effective.

4. Ginger

How to make it?

Take some water and put it in pots and add honey and lemon juice to it. You can also add ginger and drink it warm because it affects more to your throat. Drink it twice or thrice a day, it does not have any side effect.

Turmeric tea:- turmeric has many benefits it not only help in cooking but also help to help in cold or sore throat such kind of problem. It also has the antioxidants properties. It gives the great relief to the throat. You can take it in tea or also can take it with a glass of milk for great benefits.

How to prepare it?

Take a pot and boil it after that add turmeric pieces and boil it with water and add lemon juice and honey to it. After that strain it and after that drink the tea. You can take this twice a day.
