In this age of business, most of us hardly find any time to cater to our own needs. With the advent of new and modern technologies, we are getting involved in sedentary life. Laziness has got into the blood of most people. What is more, due to work pressure also, we get very little time to think about our health and to top it all most of us has a sedentary life nowadays. Girls especially are biased towards a flat and sexy tummy, while boys in today’s world are addicted to 6 packs and 8 packs. But, these are not so easy to get.

Early to bed and early to rise: This is a major factor which needs to be kept in mind. Most of us think that there are no side effects of going to bed late. But think again. This may lead to a major problem called obesity and associated problems like indigestion, acidity. You need to go to bed early and rise in the morning if staying fit and slim is your long term goal.

 

Drink plenty of water: You should drink plenty of water; almost 5 liters daily. You get a feeling of fullness which will help to keep a check on your appetite. Thus, you will gain less weight.

 

Smaller meals in a day: Try to eat small meals in a day. Often, we tend to eat more than needed in a single time. This not only affects the digestive system but also leads to gain in weight fast. Instead, taking smaller meals in a day will help you to digest them properly and hence, will prevent excess weight gain.

 

Take raw fruits and vegetables: Raw fruits as well as vegetable have high fiber content. These help to shed excess fat. You can include salad your daily after meal plan.

 

Reduce intake of calories: Calories when taken in excess lead to weight gain. When you take excess calories and burn less calories, these get accumulated and lead to increase in fat layer of your body.

 

Do regular exercises: Needless to say, that if you work out daily, you will lose weight and remain fit and slim.

Now let me throw some light on the various exercises you can do to lose weight very fast. These exercises will definitely help you to shed some pounds in a month’s time.

 

  • Cardio workouts: Every morning when you get up opt for cycling and running on a treadmill. If you don’t have a treadmill, run for a mile every afternoon in the park or garden near your house. It will help you burn calories and melt the fat layer.

 

  • Crunches: Crunches are one of the best workouts that can lead to fat burning and a toned belly. Do crunches daily for at least 10 minutes. Five sets with 20 repetitions will do if you are a beginner.

 

  • Push-ups and pulls ups: These can be included in your workout routine. These when performed on a weekly basis will help you tone your chest, backs, biceps and triceps.

 

  • Last but not the least, take warm water with lemon juice and honey early morning on an empty stomach. This is another trick that will help you lose weight fast.
