Stress! If we talk about stress then it is a simple word or a way that our body reacts to any threat, but it cause many problems in the life of a particular person because stress include burden, tension etc and if a person suffered from stress he/she never be in the conditions of working because stress is something which is never seen by naked eyes person only feel the stress and that stress never allow the mind of a person to work.

Stress directly irritates the person’s mind and that affects his body very badly and cause health problems. We know a healthy body always due to healthy mind if a person has healthy mind only then he/she able to do work properly. Stress are of different types some suffered from family problems some are of love some are job even now a day a child of 6 yrs is also suffered from stress problem so stress is not just a typical problem but this is a issues which effects the life of many peoples.

If we talk about health then only stress free person have a healthy body now a day many peoples suffered from the problems of weight gaining weight loosing so all the problems related to health always through stress so every person must have to relax their mind so that he/she must have healthy life.

 

Ways through which stress lead to weight gain

Many of the time people ask the question that should stress is the cause of weight gain then yes there answers because stress is the main reason of weight gain and many of the people are not aware of it following are the ways which stress leads to weight gain:

  • When you are stresses you firstly eat the unhealthy diet so before eating asks you are you really hungry or you are stressed.
  • If you feel you are stressed then don’t go for food find some other solution.
  • Just takeout comfort food from your home and prepared healthy food by your own.
  • Yoga, deep breathing etc. are such few methods to get relaxed.
  • Exercises combined with physical work must be a part of your daily routine.
  • Get encouragement from supportive friends, family and mentors.
  • Sleep sufficiently.
  • Always go for breakfast never leaves that.
  • Learn problem-solving skills so that you can anticipate challenges and cope with setbacks
  • To overcome the problem, keep a record of your behavior and eating habits so that you can look for patterns and connections.

 

There are some problems which is cause by stress

As stated above it is clear that stress is definitely not good for the health. Let’s go through few problems raised due to stress.

These are the following:

  • Makes you hungry and crave sugar
  • Suppresses your HPA-axis
  • Raises your blood pressure
  • Reduces your ability to burn fat
  • Increase your belly fat and makes you liver fatty
  • Raises the level of fatty acids and triglycerides in your blood
  • Increase the rate at which you store fat .
  • Makes your cells less sensitive to insulin
