Simple Summer Face Packs You Need To Try
In this busy world, you can never wake up relaxed in the morning. Lack of relaxation will not bring the radiance back to the face. And if it is summer time then you can never be stress free considering your skin. To take care of your skin and your daily work in summer time is not an easy job.
Hence some easy face packs that can be tried in summer are mentioned here.
Honey and yoghurt:
Honey is the master of all natural ingredients. Its availability and utility are both reliable. It soothes the skin by opening up the pores and allowing the skin to breathe. This regulates the blood circulation through the cells of the skin radiating the glow all the time. When honey is mixed with yoghurt then you need not have to worry about moisturising your skin.
It is a simple face pack where you have to mix a spoon of honey and yoghurt and add rose water to it. Apply the mentioned composition on your face and neck evenly and allow it tp dry for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Wash it off with lots of water when dried.
Face pack of multani mitti:
Multani mitti, usually known as the fuller’s earth is an easy face pack which cleanses in a meticulous manner returning the baby shine of the face. It absorbs all the dead cells and prevents secretion of excess oil.
For the best benefit of the multani mitti, add two to three spoons of the same to milk to form a paste. Take a cucumber in grated form and mix it with yoghurt. Mix three spoons of chickpea flour to the above mixture. Stir the complete mixture to form a pack. Apply it on the face and neck. Leave the pack on the skin for about twenty minutes and then rinse off with water.
Lemon juice and cucumber:
In summer cucumber serves the best purpose. It tightens the skin by cleaning the pores and improves the firmness of the skin. When cucumber is mixed with lemon juice, combinedly they hit the focus area of the skin. Lemon juice removes the tan and hence lightens the skin considerably.
This is rather an easy face pack. One spoon each of cucumber juice and lemon juice are mixed together and applied on the face and neck. After leaving it for fifteen to twenty minutes it becomes dry. Rinse off with cold water.
Oatmeal and yoghurt:
Oatmeal is a good cleanser. This pack is preferable to people with dry skin.
Mix oatmeal with yoghurt. Allow the oatmeal to get softer. Apply the combination on the face and neck. Give the pack some time to dry off on the face. It may take around twenty minutes. Rinse it off with cold water. Instant glow can be observed when you pat it dry.
Rice flour and curd:
To make a pack which can nourish your skin from the roots, mixture of rice flour and curd would be the best. Curd reduces the tan and makes the skin soft whereas rice flour acts as a scrub removing the blackheads and dirt.
Take equal amounts of rice flour and curd and mix them together to form a paste. Follow the general procedure as in applying the pack evenly on the face and neck and keep it untouched to get dried. Wash it off by forcing a little bit pressure and observe the quality of the skin.
Almond powder and honey:
This is a hectic pack but gives most beneficial result. Soak two to three almonds overnight. Peel them off in the morning and grind well adding some milk and honey. Make it a paste like structure. Apply on the skin and leave it for about twenty minutes. When it gets dried, rinse off with cold water.
You will examine that gradually your skin is whitening and the quality is growing healthy.
