- Cut down on Sugar intake:Sugar leads to stimulation of insulin secretion. The main hormone responsible for fat storage in the body is insulin. Thus, undoubtedly, it will obviously lead to gain of weight.

If blood sugar level is normal, then your blood will consider taking in level sugar, and on the long run, your weight will be maintained. Many people say that it does not work, and it tastes bad etc. But what I would suggest you must have a cup of green tea twice daily if you really want to shed some extra fat. This tricks your brain that you are chewing something and it will definitely help you to reduce your appetite. Whenever, you feel hungry, grab a chewing gum that is sugar free and start chewing it.
- Add water to your diet:Needless to say that every day we need to drink at least 5 liter of water. Water not only flushes out the toxins from the body, but it also helps you to lose weight on the long run. This is what studies suggest.
- Lemon juice:This is a great trick to lose weight. Take some warm water and add lemon juice and drink that. It helps you to curb the extra fat.
- Workout daily: Last but not the least, working out daily for at least 45 minutes will not harm you, but will benefit you by helping you to lose weight
