  • Sarvangasana (The Shoulder Stand Pose): if you are facing high metabolic and suffer the problem of hyperthyroidism then this is best for those. When we do this regular then it will help to increase weight and make body healthy and fit for this asan just lay down first and then put whole body and take all the weight on lower body and standup on this side of head with the help of hands and do this for 5 min and then do this regular and see the result.   • Matsyasana (Fish Pose): for this pose first lay down and then twist legs together and stand hands on back at buttocks and go on back till you go and take rest from your knee and then do this for as much as time you give to this and then rest and do again after taking 2 min rest and again do this and when you do this regular you can an amazing effect in your body and increase to much weight.

 

  • Pavanamuktasana (The Wind-Relieving Pose): in this yoga start with lay down and the twist legs and hold with hands and stay as it was for some time and then leave it then again do this for some time do this process twice and when you do this you can see amazing effect in your body to weight increase and it may increase weight faster.

 

  • Vajrasana (The Diamond Pose): it’s one of common and simple pose just band leg back and sit for some time you can do this yoga fin hole day anytime after eating food and before sleeping also then rest for some time it may help you to increase weight faster and make you look perfect.

 

  • Bhujangasana (The Cobra Pose): just lay down from front side and then take rest from hands and stretch and make your legs straight and the then rest in this position for some time and after that stay in regular position and again do this it may helps you to increase weight and make you healthy and fit
