  1. Chair Dips : This is an amazing and easy to do exercise. You just have to put your hands on a chair and then start push ups. You should have 90 degree position and your back should have to be close to the chair.

 

  1. Chair Squats : Have a steady chair and put your back side in front of chair, then tap on the seat of chair and stand up.

 

  1. Butterfly Abs : Lean on the floor and join your toes. Put your hands behind your neck and then lift your chest as well as your shoulders up slowly then lean back and repeat the process.

 

  1. Push Ups (With A Modified Version) : Get your keens down on floor. And then start easy push ups. Touch the floor by wide open hands and palm on the floor. Push your body up then come down and repeat the process.

 

  1. You can also do some standard push ups along with the modified types of push ups.

 

  1. Chin up is also an exercise which you can perform easily at home.

 

  1. Stand Straight and then lean forward with out bending the knees and then stand up, repeat this process.

 

  1. Sit Ups : Stand straight and then sit down not exactly sit just go below and stand up again, do this on a repeated process.

 

  1. If you want to enjoy amazing relax then you should also try some skipping as it’s very easy and amazing exercise.

 

  1. Yoga is also very effective form of exercise which not only makes you physically but also makes you mentally strong.

  1. Go to your office or market with a bicycle. Cycling is amazing work out so when ever you are going near by try to go with your own bicycle it will make you healthy as well as save some of your bucks.

 

  1. Always try to go to parks with your friends and family and have some walk there as you will get healthy and fresh air which will make your body feel better & better.

 

  1. Dancing is also very good exercise which you can perform easily at your home and it will really give you amazing feeling.
