As a result, you may land up gaining extra weight.
Instead of losing weight, you may gain a few extra pounds: You may just think that diet soda is helping you to shed your extra weights. And this may lead you to consume fast foods like pizzas, hamburger and other such staffs. This will eventually lead to severe weight gain. What will finally happen is that diet coke itself makes you gain extra weight and such food stuffs leads to further increase in weight.
