Before we start the methionine rich foods the first thing come in mind is that, what is methionone? Methionine is the help to form protein. Methionine is an amino acid which link up with other amino acid to form the protein. Methionine help in various form like formation of cartilages, cell functioning, prevent hair loss, strengthens your nails etc. So if you want to get these benefits form methionine you must include it in your diet.

 

Foods that contain methionine:-

Pork:- pork is a great source of protein and we know about the importance of protein. It also contains the methionine around 117%. So include it in your diet.

Brazil nuts:- brazil nuts are very popular and contain large amount of methionine. According to dietician it is must to take 154% of methionine. This amount of methionine is best for intake. So do not avoid it try to have it.

Roasted beef:- it is also protein rich food which is best for you. It contains 135% of methionine according to recommended diet.

Roasted soya bean:- as we know about soya bean which contain lots of protein with fiber. It is also a one of the best food for your health and it contains 75% of methionine which is not less.

Yogurt:- yogurt is always one of the choice. Just like milk it also a good source of protein. It contains 23% of methionine according to recommended diet.

White beans:- white beans are not only good in taste but also a rich source of protein. We can use white beans just like vegetable which is very tasty also. It contains 20% of methionine of the RDI.

Boiled eggs:- we know how much egg are essential for the body. Some people eat them especially in winter. But it is not compulsory. You can take it after boiled it, but for the body fitness people eat raw egg. It has 54% of methionie with lots of protein.

Tuna:- whenever we think about fish first thing come in mind is protein because it contain lots of protein in it. Tuna is a oily fish and it have 115% of methionine.
