Ingredients:

• Epsom salt
• coarse sea salt
• your favorite carrier oil (jojoba, olive oil)
• Lavender oil

How to make–take a bowl and pour sea salt and Epsom salt in this and mix it well don’t use plastic contain to mix this and after that mix carrier oil and ageing mix it. Then mix essential oils and mix ageing and close it airtight and

 Method 2–

Ingredients:

• Epsom salts
• baking soda
• sea salt
• lavender oils
• peppermint oil

How to make–take a bowl and mix all the ingredients together and air tight all this then mix it well and then use at the time of bath.
