Health has become a big issue nowadays. These days nobody has enough free time. All are very busy. All have very busy schedules. That’s why anybody can not properly focus on his/her health. Everybody prefer to quick food due to lack of time. Especially youth like fast food very much. Though fast food is rich in taste, but very harmful for health. Having Proper & healthy diet, daily workout and exercise, avoiding fast and junk food are some habits that can maintain your health. Proper & healthy diet includes food having calorie enough for human body, fruits & dry fruits containing minerals & vitamins, pulses for protein & carbohydrates, drinking about 2 liter water everyday, germinated cereals etc. In today’s busy schedules, it is very hard to maintain these habits. In fact some people work like they have to travel daily in their profession. When travel daily, it can make you tired. Now what to do for being healthy always even when having a hectic schedule? And those also who don’t travel daily but have to travel at sometime for some reason, their set normal routine totally get disturbed.
