Eating every 3 hours after breakfast is a way far better while fruits can be consumed. Not eating 3 hours before going to bed is the best option as it controls the system with many such disruptive. The calorie intake in a day includes 1450 calories a day and that can be divided into few parts. Around 400 calories in meal, 100 calories of snacks and 50 calories of desert is a proportion and amount of calorie that should be consumed. Thus, a perfect timetable consists such as eating breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 1 pm and dinner at 8 pm is best according to some fitness expert.

This will help in reducing weight such as in 2 weeks it can reduce to 10 pounds if followed a proper timetable. Stress hormones are reduced in this manner and flattening belly is a easy way method. It is researched that eating in small quantity, but eating 5 meals a day is a healthy way to stay fit and energetic. Limiting the amount of calories as mentioned and eating any such food item that contains fat, protein or sugar is allowed in Hour diet. Choosing own food is so very exciting, but having it in a desired quantity is very important.
