Woman’s are always so worry about over weight and health. But due to busy life the cant able to take care of over body and make over body healthy and fatty but some time women’s see that after too much care and regular routine the face the problem of overweight and its two late when the find the reason of this problem. The most common problem of having heavy weight in woman is different type of hormones these hormones can harm body and the cause find is overweight. These hormones are so common in woman’s and it may affect body and after some time we face fat and over weight problem these hormones are so dangers also some time because this will make your body fatty and you unhealthy so it’s important that we take care from them but the big problem comes in front of us that we don’t know about this problem and the hormones so today we are going to give knowledge that what type of hormones are available in woman that increase the problem of overweight.

 

Thyroid Hormone: it’s one of common hormones and when we face the problem of Thyroid Hormone the weight of body can increase so fast and make you fatty and healthy and it’s too difficult also to get rid out of from this problem.

 

Estrogen: it’s basically female sex hormones. When menopause happens then estrogen level of body can down and we face the problem of weight gain. It may also lead in obesity and make you fatty

 

Testosterone: some time women face the problem of weight gain due to the problem of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). When the face this problem then it will increase the problem of weight gain and make body fatty and the also face so many other different problem with this like facial hair, acne. It will increase the level of muscles mass and make you fatty. So it’s also a common problem in woman for overweight.

 

Stress Hormone: it’s one of common hormone who make woman’s fatty when the take stress. It’s a common and regular problem. It’s too common in 89% of woman’s. When the take too much stress then the start increasing weight and they become so fatty and over weighted.

 

Insulin: insulin can increase the carbohydrates in over body. This me developed by beta cells the basic work of insulin is to provide body glucose. It’s also cause the problem of pcos when we face the problem of height blood constructed in body then we face the problem of overweight due to insulin.

 

So there are so many different type of hormones find in woman body who increase the problem of overweight some time when people face the problem of overweight the start taking rest then it may lead the problem of more fat in body so it’s good if we always try to avoid such type of hormones and balance them with proper diet and with consulting to the doctor.
