Bad breath problem is something makes you and around your people so uncomfortable. Most of people are suffering from this; there are some of reasons of bad breath like unclean teeth, poor condition of oral sanitation, unclean stomach, and Bad habits like smoking, drinking, masticate useless things and food which has strong scent.

See bad breath is a generalrigorous problem not an ailment, which you can’t handle. A little afford get you rid from this problem. You can deal it with some of fantastic home-made mouth washes. Here the remedy of this problem-

 

  1. Cinnamon powder: cinnamon has the power to reduce the saliva bacteria’s.so this the good option to remove unpleasant stink of mouth.

 How to prepare- Take a bowl and put 1 glass of water into it then add some cinnamon powder, some bay leafs and 2-3 crushed cardamom seeds and boil it for 10 minutes, after that leave it to make it cool, strain the water and put it in a bottle. Every day rinse mouth. For better result do repeat whenever you eat something.
