You should never skip breakfast if you are a teenager as it leads to severe gastric problems and even ulcers, due to the fact that it increases the acidity in the stomach, causing the stomach lining to corrode. If you have a healthy breakfast it will always help to boosts the metabolism of the body and also helps in better absorption of nutrients from the foods you take in daily. This will help to increase your height on the whole.

  1. Have proper Nutrition:

Proper nutrition is one of the most important things, if you really want to grow tall. If your diet does not contain enough protein, you can never expect to have a superb height. An even food rich in vitamins, minerals as well as calcium is equally important to maintain that you grow taller than other people.

  1. Opt for enough Sleep and Rest:

Proper sleep is of utmost importance to maintain your good height. Perhaps this is the most important of all, which needs to be taken extra care of. This is because your growth mainly depends on the amount of rest you are giving to your body.
