It is also important to change in your life style to make your skin healthy and to look good. You just need to follow the simple tips for and easily get the healthy skin.

Healthy face skin tips–

• Drink Green Tea:- green tea is much better in every aspects in comparison to tea and coffee. Green tea has so many beneficial mineral which makes skin healthy and glowing. Green tea is also recommended by doctors for good healthy and also for weight loss. So, take a cup of green tea to make you healthy and fit.

• Clean your skin regularly:- usually when we go out, our skin is mostly affected because of dirt and bacteria which remains on skin after washing it. For that skin needs to be clean properly with cleanser. After applying makeup, it is important to remove it properly with makeup remover. If you want to wash your face with warm water then it may cause skin dry, for that apply moisturizer after washing.

• Get enough sleep:- if you don’t take proper rest, it may look you tired and older. Lack of sleep makes you irritable, anxious, and depressed. So always take at list 8 hour sleep to make skin glowing and healthy.

• Take good food:- for healthy skin it is must to take vitamins and minerals in proper amount. Include green vegetable juices and fruits in your diet. Try to avoid junk food and too much oily food which makes you weak internally. So if you want beautiful and health skin then add healthy food in your diet.

• Avoid stress:- if you want healthy glowing skin then avoid stress from your life because too much stress can also make your skin unhealthy. For avoiding stress you can use yoga and meditation. These are best way to avoid stress from your life and make skin healthy and glowing.

If we follow these simple steps in regular life then it will make skin healthy and reduce all type of skin problem and make skin healthier for longer time.
