Acne and blackheads are some mazer problem today for teens and youth. We found so many problems like acne, pimple and scares on face due to many reason and make skin less beautiful and less attractive also and some time they also avoid so many foods to reduce this problem but all goes worth less. Less knowledge about food which we eat in pimple problem also confuses them and some time they also avoid so many neutrino foods also. So today we are going to tell you that which food is good for you when you face the problem of acne which is also good for your health also and if we eat such type of foods it will also helps us to reduce pimple and acne and make skin beautiful.

 

So here are some regular eating foods which you can easily include in your diet and make your skin beautiful and flawless.

 

Foods to Include In Your Acne Diet:

Green tea: we found rich amount of antioxidant in green tea. Green tea is very beneficial for health and skin and also reduces the problem of acne and breakouts. So if you face the problem of acne and pimple then regular drink green tea to avoid this problem.

 

Water: water is also a good drinking agent to avoid the problem of acne and pimple. If you want to avoid this problem the regular drink 6 to 7 bottle water in a day and make your skin beautiful and healthy.

 

Fruits and vegetable:  vitamins a, c and e are so good for skin and we found this entire vitamin in various fruits and veggies. We also found many type of antioxidant in these veggies and fruits which make skin beautiful and glowing and avoid such type of problem. There are many fruits which give us proper vitamin and antioxidant to prevent acne some are Raspberries, cherries, cranberries, apples, grapes are some fruits which make your skin glowing and beautiful. And some green veggie of sum selenium rich veggies is also good for skin like cantaloupe, Carrots, bell peppers and sweet potatoes

 

Omega 3 fatty acid: food rich in zinc and omega 3 fatty acid are also good for skin and reduce the problem of acne. Beans, Oysters, sardines, salmon, mackerel and poultry are good source of zinc and omega 3 fatty acid. If we take little amount of these food in your regular food diet then you can easily avoid the problem of acne and make your skin healthy and beautiful also.

 

Olive oil: olive oil is not only good for healthy but for skin also it make your skin healthy and beautiful avoid the problem of acne if we regular apply this. Olive oil is so light and when we apply this on skin it can easily get observed by skin and also don’t close your skin pores then your skin can easily breathe and avoid all type of breakouts and acne problem.

 

Lemon juice: lemon juice is one of good agent to remove the problem of acne we can drink lemon juice and also apply this on skin. We found eliminating acid in lemon which helps to clean your liver and also flush off blood toxins so it’s also good for skin and avoid all type of skin issue.

 

So there are various type of food which helps you to avoid acne problem we can also include rich fiber, selenium and milk products food in your regular diet to avoid the problem of acne and if we take regular amount of such type of foods in your diet then we can easily avoid the problem of acne and breakouts.
