Every people have different skin some have healthy, gorgeous, dry and oily. For some reasons some people have oily skin unfortunately. For removing oily skin we care our skin and take suggestions. We also know what foods are healthy for us or not.
Food For Eat:
Cucumber is the best food for oily skin. In cucumber 95% water is available that is make skin more shiny and gorgeous. Cucumber gives the fresh look our skin and helps us achieve clean and fresh looking healthy skin. If we want to our skin gorgeous or pimple free every day than you need to eat cucumber daily in the food.
Water is the best natural treatment for oily skin. Drinking lots of water in a day because of water has hydrates that make our skin fresh.
Grapefruit is rich in fiber and water content. It is also rich in Vitamin C. For daily fairness take the grapefruits juice without sugar.
Fiber has the essential nutrients that need the body. We suggest some foods that have fiber that is brown bread, oats, corn and citrus fruits etc. for eating daily
Market food is harmful for our body so avoid the market food, spicy food or oily foods that have extra calories. To eat spice or oily food we got pimples on our face. so, eating healthy food that have protein.
Sugar Added Food:
Avoid sugar added food such as honey, sugar, maltose and corn syrup. Sugar added food have a high glycemic index and can be harmful to your skin. Therefore, limit your intake of food and beverages that use added sugars.
Avoid meat which has fat and cholesterol. Some meats are rich in fate like lamb, pork, ham and beef which also affect your skin and face. So, always try to avoid these meats as much as possible.
