We all know that breakfast is a healthy way to starts your day, but due to today’s busy life it is skipped by most of the people. Some people also skip breakfast for the slim body, but do not think about their health and also don’t know how much breakfast is important for there health.

Here we explain harmful effects of skipping the breakfast.

Hormonal imbalance:- morning diet is very important for health, if we do not take it, it will be the result of hormonal imbalance. Due to which you want to face many health problem. So if you don’t want to face this problem take proper diet in morning.

Increases the risk of heart disease:- doctors said that people who take their breakfast daily has less chances of heart attack in comparison to who skip their breakfast. Skipping of breakfast also increases the risk of hypertension which is bad for your health.

Chances of developing type-2 diabetes:- study said that people who skip their breakfast in morning had more chances of developing the type-2 diabetes. This ration increased in working women who do not take their diet properly.

Sudden weight gain:- if we do not take our diet properly due to any reason, it can cause weight gain. Suddenly increases weight is not good for health it is just an extra fat which is bad for health. So start breakfast regularly, it is must.

Affects the mood:– skipping breakfast not only affects the health but it also affects the mood. If you skipping breakfast it can make you feel irritating, restless etc. Don’t think it only affects your body but breakfast is also necessary for the healthy mind.

Lowered energy level:- as we know our diet directly affects energy level of body because diet gives energy and makes us feels energetic. Skipping of breakfast makes you feel weak and also affects your memory.

Affects hair growth:- we all know health is directly affect the growth of hair. Hair reflects the health of body; if you have healthy body then it shows on your hair means you have healthy hair. So always take proper diet and you definitely get healthy hair and increases growth of your hair.
