Effective Tips for Healthy Hair

Hair is the most beautiful part in our body. It grows throughout our life. As much we design our as much care should be taken. Here we have some simple but effective tips to shine with healthy hair.

  1. Never go with Chemicals

Most of the women and men pick shampoos to wash their hair. Shampoo usage is acceptable but choosing the apt and effective shampoo without any side effects should be considered. There are natural shampoos and herbal made shampoos. Regular usage of chemical mixed shampoos may cause side effects in future. Remember that we need healthy beautiful hair in future also.

Stick with homemade shampoos.

Aloe Vera shampoo, Shikakai Shampoo, Herbal Shampoo and nature based shampoos are there to help you.

 

  1. Prepare your own shampoo for hair wash.

Take a piece of Aloe Vera and remove the outer green skin layer. Cut down the slippery substance into small pieces. Then smash them. Apply equally all over the head and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your hair. No shampoos needed. You could feel lustrous and strong hair flow from your head.

 

  1. Shikakai paste is another nourishment

Take a handful of Shikakai or Shikakai powder and mix with a table spoon of fenugreek powder. Add two drops of rose water. Mix well and apply on hair. Rinse well. Avoid using hair drier, instead go out and expose your hair to the direct sunlight. Then find the difference before and then.

 

  1. Egg application

Egg application comes first in the remedies for healthy hair. Apply the white yolk all over the hair and rinse with one of the natural shampoos. Wipe gently. Use egg application at regular intervals or at every hair bath. During festival occasions, use other application as Aloe Vera or oil instead of egg. It will strengthen your hair.

 

  1. Oil Bath at Regular Intervals

Take oil bath regularly. As daily oil bath is impossible, fix a day in a week as the oil bath day. Usually we use gingely oil for oil bath. That is good to reduce the heat from the body. It cools the eye irritation too.

Take a bowl and add 2 spoons of coconut oil. Mix it well with 1 spoon of gingely oil and 1 spoon of neem oil. Neem is incomparable with anything when it comes to remedies. Apply all over the head and gently massage the roots. Apply oil until the tip of the hair. It is good for split ends. Comb it gently and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Expose yourself to the sunlight. Then rinse the hair with Shikakai paste. Gently wipe the hair with a cotton cloth. Expose your hair to the direct sunlight and let it dry. Comb gently and remove the tangles gently.

 

  1. Handle gently

Gently handle the hair as that is important to you. Leave your stress and anger out before you touch your hair. Oil application, massaging, rinsing, wiping and combing need gentleness.

 

  1. Get away from hair drier and Chemical sprays

Try to avoid hair driers to dry your hair. Simply take hair wash in your leisure time and expose your hair to the direct sunlight. You could get energy from the sun and also good for hair. Spraying fragrance to your hair might cause damage to the hair in upcoming days. So, stick with natural fragrance sticks. There are homemade fragrance packets that we use for poojas. Take a bit of fragrance stick or incense stick and apply the smoke all over the hair, be sure that the hair was not near the fire.

Simple way to add fragrance to your hair is just fix a flower after dressing your hair. It will give you good look, beauty and also fragrance.

Or take a medium sized garland of your favorite flower and place amidst the hair. Knot the hair with the flower at night and you could smell the fragrance of the flower next day morning.

 

Note: Apply 3 – 4 drops of coconut oil all over the hair after wiping and before dressing your hair.
