Easy Snack Swaps That are Healthy And Yummy

In these days people are too busy in their works and study so they are fully dependent on easy snacks that are not good for their health. We are too busy in our daily schedule so we eat the snack that we brought from supermarkets instead of prepare them at home. But these easy snacks are injurious to health because they are full of saturated fat, sugar and salt and can lead to various heart related problems and others very injurious and fatal diseases like heart attack, diabetes etc. At cinemas, picnic or any vacation trip we all need the snacks but we can replace them with the healthy, homemade snacks.

 

We use the following ideas for preparing our self for healthy homemade snacks instead of Easy and Ready made snacks:-

If you don’t have chips and snacks at home then search healthy and good methods for prepare them at home instead of rush to market for purchasing them,

If you are thirsty and need something to drink then drink one glass water instead of cold drinks and soft drink and prepare yourself with the healthy drinks.

There are some simple methods for making Home made snacks that are very healthy and makes you fit

and healthy no matter how much busy you are. These methods are:-

 

  1. Replace Jelly Bears and Candies with Dried Fruits:- Jellies and Candies are full of fat and sugars but don’t have any minerals that has very worst effects to health. So we can replace them with dried fruits like almonds, cashews etc. that have sugar but also have various vitamin, minerals, antioxidant and fiber that absorb all sugar and make them healthy for your body.

 

  1. Replace packed Popcorn with Homemade Popcorn:- Instead of easy and packed Popcorn we prepare it at home with coconut oil, salt, sugar, cinnamon that are very good to health.

 

  1. Replace Fries with the green soya bean:- We can make salty, sweet and spicy green soybean that are full of nutrients instead of brought fries from market and makes you unfit and unhealthy.

 

  1. Replace Brownies with Strawberries and healthy fruits with cheese cake:- When we have to serve dessert at home we choose the easy method by purchasing brownies or other sweet dishes from market that are not good for the health. We create it with simple method by prepare cheesecake dipping sauce with strawberries and healthy fruits.

 

  1. Replace Soft drinks and Soda with ice tea:- Soft drinks and Soda is full of sugar that are very injurious to health so we prepare ice tea that are full of antioxidant and minerals makes you healthy and very fantastic and good in taste.

 

  1. Use of Sunflowers Seeds:- During Study and heavy work you need something for chewing then small Sunflowers are very useful and healthy in that case.

 

  1. Replace Ready made and packed chips with the homemade veggie chips:- Ready made chips are full of fat and unhealthy stuffs so we can replace them with homemade crunchy Baby carrots, bell peppers and other veggie chips that are very delicious and food for health.

 

  1. Use of Almonds instead of candies:- Instead of candies use roasted almonds that are very tasty and good for your health.

 

  1. Use Cucumber:- By adding little salt to the cucumber slices make it very crunchy that are very tasty and can be used during study and doing offices works at home.

 

Now don’t involve in your busy schedule too much that you don’t have time for your health. Use these simple, easy and healthy methods and prepare home made healthy, crispy snacks and enjoy your all trips and vacation.
