People say that if we take regular some amount of vitamin D then it’s too good for weight gain but some people don’t clear about this theory. We also found vitamin D in so many foods like fish and milk and when we take this we can increase weight and make yourself healthy and fit when we take vitamin D supplement that it make good to your immune system and make you healthy and fit also. In vitamin D we also found fat-soluble nutrient which is good for body and helps you to gain weight faster. If we take vitamin D to much from sun and with pills or food can helps you to reduce weight and make you slim. It will helps you to intake food and make you healthy and fit when we take food then it helps you to stop intake food  When we take this it may increase your metabolic and make you healthy and fit and helps you to stop gaining to much fat. So basically when we take vitamin D it helps you to avoid the problem of obesity so it’s good if we regular take some amount of vitamin D. it’s always maintain your weight and make you fit and healthy.

Dark Skin: when we take so much sun light and vitamin D then it may make your skin darker and so many different type of skin problem are faced by people and when we take this it makes your body tanning and harm your skin so always be careful while taking too much amount of vitamin D.

 

Low Consumption of Vitamin D: minimum vitamin D extract food products are found with animal like milk and egg so if any person is purely vegetarian the don’t take this and then sun light is best option for them and make you healthy and fit.

 

So there are so many benefits of vitamin and when we take this we can found so many benefits and side effects with this and it makes you healthy and it can’t generate fat in body but helps you to reduce extra body fat so at some point it’s good and at some point it’s bad for health.
