Today’s life is so busy and hatrick people love to go for late night parties and enjoy so basically the life style were to changes today. And due to this we can’t able to sleep at night and when we can’t sleep we face the problem of weight gain. Yes obesity and sleep are related to each other and when we face the problem of less sleep we face the problem of obesity. Many different researches are also done on that that if we don’t take proper sleep then we face the problem of weight gain. In adults and child if we can’t follow the proper 10 hour sleep then we face the problem of weight gain. Its face by so many people that if the cant take a proper sleep then the face the problem of weight gain so always take a proper sleep and make your body healthy and fit and take a proper sleep to yourself fit and healthy.

 

Reasons for having weight gain when we can’t take sleep:

 

Slow Metabolism: when we don’t take proper sleep then over metabolic start working slow and we face the problem of heavy weight because it’s must that we follow the proper diet and sleep because when we follow this over metabolic work proper and we can work properly so when e take proper sleep we maintains over weight and if we can’t then we can increase weight.

 

Eat Boredom: it’s also a big reason of having weight gain when we can’t sleep properly. when we eat boredom it’s become so heavy and we can’t take proper sleep at night and when we can’t take proper sleep then we increase weight and become heavy so it’s a also a mazer problem of having heavy weight and it will increase fat faster in body.

 

Food for weight gain: when we can’t take breakfast and take heavy food as an snacks then we also face this problem because if we can’t follow the proper diet then we can’t follow a proper sleep so it cause the problem of heavy weight so it’s must that we take a proper diet and proper sleep to over self fit and to avoid the problem of heavy weight.

 

Tips to good Sleep:

 

  • When you eat any food at night then always remember that it’s not so heavy otherwise you face the problem of heavy weight so always take proper food diet at night.

 

  • When you are going to sleep they don’t take any heavy weight calorie food.

 

  • When you take night food then always remember that’s its full of protein And calcium

 

  • Always eat fat free food at night meal.

 

  • Don’t drink alcohol when you are going to sleep.

 

  • Always avoid late night work, event and parties always maintain your time and sleep well.

 

  • Do meditation if you face the problem of less sleep.

 

  • If you can’t feel sleepy the listen some soft music and read some book to sleep well.

 

  • Always use comfortable bad to sleep and make yourself comfortable when you are going to sleep.

 

 

So its proved that if we can’t sleep well then we face the problem of weight gain so always take a proper sleep to sleep well and make yourself fit and healthy and avoid the problem of heavy weight
