  • spinach
  • mint
  • parsley
  • lemon juice
  • cucumber
  • ginger
  • lettuce leaves
  • ice cubes

 

How to make–pore all vegetables in juicer and bland then pore some ice and make thick bland with this and sip it.

  • onion
  • garlic
  • celery
  • broccoli

  • mint leaves

How to make–take a bowl and heat this on gas and mix and when oil heat then mix onion and stree till it brown then mix garlic paste in this then mix all type of vegetable which are chopped and cute. Min coconut milk and stree it well and mix all with blander and convert into thick juice then stree it and drink as a soup.

 

 

  • Crustless quiche– we found so many proteins in egg which are so good for skin we found rich amount of vitamin E in egg which is very good for skin and reduce the problem of wrinkleless.

 

Ingredient–

 

  • eggs
  • almond milk
  • sea salt
  • yeast
  • flakes
  • different vegetables
  • bacon

 

How to make–start with Preheat oven set temperature on 180ºC.take a bowl and pour egg in this and whisked it. Then mix almond milk, yeast , salt and  flakes in this and mix it well ageing then pour this into dish bowl and bake in oven for 30 min. when top become light brown then close come out this from oven and enjoy it.
