Cashews are rich in copper, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, zinc, sugar, soluble and insoluble fiber, thiamine, niacin, pyridoxine, carbohydrate, pantothenic acid, minerals, sodium, selenium, vitamins riboflavin, fatty acids and amino acids. Cashews score 553 calories per 100g.
