We all love diet soda and love to drink it much time some time we take two or three in a day but as healthy purpose it’s not good. But the people who love this can’t avoid this because its taste but the problem also attached with this that’s weight gain. So it will affect your body and make your body fatty and unhealthy. Diet soda can always increase your weight rather its related to any big company which are available in market will big banners and tags that no calorie and sugar free etc but this all are absolutely fake because if it’s any type of diet soda then it may cause the problem of weight gain.

And these companies are popular in all over the India and world like dew and Pepsi. It’s more popular for that it contains zero calories and zero carbohydrate. Some people also think that it may helps to lose weight. But today some studies says that diet soda does not lose weight rather its increase your weight.

- No neutrino found–in diet soda there in no any protein vitamin and neutrino are found and when we take this it may increase the problem of weight gain ad we become fattier so there is no one benefits of having diet soda and if we take this in high level then it may cause the problem of weight gain.
So there is no profit of taking diet soda and it’s also proved that it may increase the problem of heavy weight in body if we take this regular and rather that there are so many other problems are also related to diet soda which harm your body and cause so many deceases like kidney problem and teeth problem and bad for bones so there are so many other problems are related to diet soda if we take this.
