It’s a type of fat which mostly found on upper body mostly at your abdominal walls and organs there are so many reason of having this fat such like lake of exercise and eating too much unhealthy food, stress and some time there are some hormones problem and genetic problem can also cause when we see this over weight gain in upper body abdomen.   • Lack of Exercise: some time due to over unhealthy profession we face the problem of weight gain and the reason behind that we don’t do any type of exercise and workout after eating a full meal heavy diet. When we take too much stress then we increase too much weight and upper body weight is mostly increased by taking too much stress so stress is also one of important and basic reason behind that so always avoid taking stress and lose so many pounds.

 

  • Healthy problem: today the most important reason having weight gain is healthy problem when we face so many healthy issue like some common are today obesity, stress, surgery and some hormonal changes are common problem for that which make you unhealthy and unfit and so health is also a big problem of having weight gain.

 

  • Genetic problem: genetic problem is also a big reason of having weight gain when we face the problem of weight gain its must that we check that rather it’s because of any disease or any genetic problem because some time genetic problem Is also cause the result of extra body upper fat

 

  • Unhealthy diet: today life is so busy and so many options are available in market for food so people prefer unhealthy and unmanaged diet and make yourself unhealthy and fit and the food we eat cause to much cloistral and the result is weight gain so food is also a main reason of having weight gain.

 

So there are so many reason for having upper body fat which make us unhealthy and un fit and when body fat start gaining then so many health issue are found in body and it’s become too difficult to work and we also become so lazy so it’s always important that to avoid excess upper body fat we have to be careful about these some simple points and we cane easily avoid the upper abdomen weight gain problem.
