We only know oatmeal as a healthy diet because one bowl of oatmeal contain vitamin, protein which makes your morning energetic. It is just like a super food for you. But most of the people don’t know about the beauty benefits of oatmeal and oatmeal bath is one of the ways to make your skin healthy and beautiful.

Oatmeal baths are both relaxing and soothing, especially when your skin feels itchy or when it is inflamed. Oatmeal is excellent for your skin, smells good, and leaves your skin feeling soft.

How to take an oatmeal bath?

Ingredients:
• Take a bowl of oatmeal
• Small lavender buds (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup)
• Lavender essential oils or can use other oil, for a relaxing bath
• 1/2 to 1 cup of buttermilk or can use normal milk
• Epsom salts, for a rejuvenating bath (optional)

Steps
• Take a bowl of oatmeal according to your choice.
• If the oatmeal pieces are large then turn them into small pieces by pushing them with the spoon or other thing or you can also put them into a plastic bag and mashing them.
• Oatmeal is not only perfect for the health but can also use to treat the skin allergies. And is also a good way to treat allergy at home otherwise you want to take medicines which is not good for the health. It can also help you to treat inflamed skin and itchy skin.
• Take a coffee bag and put the oatmeal into a coffee bag and tie it with rubber.
• After all that fill your bath tub with the water and drop the coffee bag into the water. If you really feel tired then you can also add the milk to the water which can also moisturize your skin.
• If you are taking this bath to treat the allergy then it is must not to take bath more than 10 minutes because it can cause allergy or some other skin problem.
 Fill the tub with hot water and Throw the oatmeal/lavender bag in the back of the tub, away from the bath end with the running water. You can also add milk to your bath tub.
 If you are taking the bath for skin problem then do not take it more than 10 minutes it can aggravate your skin.
