You can also buy it from market but the best option is to make it at home. Homemade things are more beneficial for the health and are more effective. Don’t be afraid it’s not a big task you can easily make it at home.


  • Water
  • Apples(3-4)
  • Cheese cloth


  • Take all the apples and wash them properly.
  • Cut them into small pieces and put them into a glass jar
  • Add water into the jar and cover it from cheesecloth.
  • Let it be for 6 months and after that just remove the cheesecloth and pour your mixture into another jar.
  • You done it. Your Apple cider vinegar is ready to use.


 Different ways to consume Apple cider vinegar:-

  1. You can consume Apple cider vinegar in the form of pills. You can easily buy it from stores.
  2. Another way is you can add the Apple cider vinegar to your food which also adds flavour to your food.
  3. Sometimes it may also causes acidity problem then you can also add it with biking soda which reduces the acidity.
  4. You can also take it directly with the water.
  5. If you suddenly feel low then rub Apple cider vinegar on your chest, stomach, back, feet and shoulder. Do not apply it directly just dilute it with water and then apply it on your body parts.
