-PLASTIC CONTAINER OF CHLORINE OR DETERGENT- Fourth item which we are going to mention in our list are plastic container of either chlorine or plastic, Yeah these are also an easily available house hold item which we can easily found in any house hold and for making these house hold items effective for work outs you just need to fill these containers with sand for heavy carries and this can make your simple walk bit more challenging and effective tor your body.

 

– LARGE BOXES OF DETERGENT POWDER-Again this is a very common house hold item which we are going to consider as fifth item of our list. We are talking about detergent powder boxes which is also can found easily in every house. Yon use this item in place of sand bags for exercises like squats, thrusters, and push presses.

 

-BASKET BALL, PUMPKIN OR a PILLOW- As we promise you in earlier in this content sixth item which we are going to mention is also an easily found in every house hold. You can use basketball or you can use pillow even pumpkin is also an effective option for doing exercises like ball pass.

 

-TIRE- Seventh item in our list is old tire which is very effective in so many stamina building exercises, you can use old tire of your car as an obstacles in which you can jump in and out or if available you can use tractor tyre to flip and some other different exercises.
